Ugh, I have cold feet too (INSERT FEAR OF COMMITMENT JOKE HERE) so I know exactly where you're coming from. The odd thing is that part of my house has tiled floors and so this could be due to spending 16 years walking barefoot on them. (And during my childhood I ran on gravel paths and woodchips barefoot too. No wonder my soles are so hard!)
Awwww! I've got a lap-warmer right now (washing her right hind paw as I type) but she never goes for my feet. Lap? Yes. Chest? Yes. Stomach? Yes. Face? Yes. Feet? No.
...T-that is one of the best compliments I have ever received - in FF geekery and in general. For that I can only bow deeply and say "I am not worthy". (I wish I were better when it came to essays because I did enjoy making all these points when I took English Literature for A-level but I just can't seem to be able to do the source material justice.)
