According to a quick search of google fu there are 4 Drama CDs out and if you do get one of them I can take a stab at translating it. OR you could just DL them from here like I will. ;) (The first 3 seem to be from the manga whilst the other 4 are for the anime)

I think I need to add Daily Lives of Highschool Boys to my tags... The first episode had me fangirling like crazy. (Tomokazu Sugita gets more lovable every time I hear him.) IT HAD A SQUARE ENIX JRPG JOKE IN THE FIRST TWO MINUTES!
