Right now, I am in the middle of doing two things at once. I am both updating here (obviously) and watching the progress of an IM burst that is full of insanely hot, insanely sadistic slashy goodness. It's making my brain work hard to form coherent statements. And also making it hard for me to feel adequate in my own writing skills. But I really should think about something other than my own insecurities. I just have to practice, that's it. Right? …Right?

I should also get to work on my fics. I have fallen behind again, and that is not good. I hate being behind in my work, so I will have to just work hard to catch up. Until then, I have Winamp SHOUTcast radio to occupy my mind. On that note, the word for the day is "funkjazztechnoporn."
