So, yeah

 

This is probably what is going to be the first of a series of very silly updates.

 

I just got my painkillers. I have to take them regardless of whether I have current pain or not—the effect is cumulative.

 

I also took my regular migraine meds. The bottle reads: May cause drowsiness | May cause dizziness.

The new stuff also reads May Cause Dizziness.

 

I've got a pretty good feeling that, within an hour or so, I'm going to be asleep again.

 

I just hope that by two in the afternoon, I'm not too stoned to cook.. I'll need all my senses about me to operate that damn stove of mine, a stove that has its own problems without me being impaired: the pilots randomnly go out, and the burner on the back side tends to not come on for about four click-start noises. Gas fumes are probably something I don't want to combine with this new stuff.

 

But if it means my knee will SHUT UP. I will take it. Because my knee will SHUT UP. And that is what is important.
