railentheI made a loaf of French bread.
No, that’s not a camera trick. This loaf—this would-be baguette—came out wider than my arm—both arms! Five ingredients. Water, flour, yeast, sugar, salt. One resulting LOG of bread.
On the upside, chopping this bastard into thirds made for some seriously bad-ass sandwiches. Two more left, and they’re lunch for tomorrow and Saturday.
