I was very amused by how early Kuja showed up. (He doesn't become playable for a while though *hiiiissss*) So far it's been doing great with the IX characters and the humor has been fun so no complaints here on that front.

I tend to try and play it during my commute and then catch up with the dailies after work but I haven't been able to farm crystals that well. I do like how it's not got a stamina lock (for the most part) so you can still grind for free - FFRK is completely stamina locked despite being pretty generous for a freemium. I guess if you want to level up a lot of equipment then yes there IS a stamina lock in that regard considering the World of Illusions and of course gems are limited but that's still pretty damn decent. Also the gatcha gives a guaranteed 5* for an 11 pull from the get go which took FFRK ages to implement, plus Opera Omnia allows unique 4*s to be useful so it is very user friendly in my experience. Yeah the game is set up that you have to try pulling for specific character relics but it's not brutal about it at least.

I have kept trying for Vivi's 5* oak staff but so far no luck. I initially had a terrible time getting anything for the mages but then managed to get 5*s for Yshtola, Vanille, Yuna, Rem and Terra so hopefully I'm covered there for the time being XD I would like to pull for Eiko's stuff but can't do so right now - I'll also have to try and keep an eye out for when Kuja is due... I know he won't show up until after Palom and I think before Palom we have Kain and Quistis so a while XD

And as a result he is my strongest right after Terra, who came next. I play at home for hours at a time thanks to my suspension, but it's one of my feel good activities. Also he's hecking adorable.

I just unlocked Eiko and Tidus and Balthier, so I have a very weird party. Kicks ass, though. This game definitely has the Dissidia spirit. Hits all the beats right :D

I also like how Sazh of all people seems to have fallen into the leader role. It's like he actually has it together (and did you notice? Fro chickabo 🐥)
