Overall, yesterday was good:

There was a barbecue, there was marshmallow roasting and semores s'mores, and good bad movies.

HOWEVER

It would appear that my medications were less help than usual yesterday and picking up things from the store threatened to send me into a full-on panic attack, and so I'm making an executive decision:

I'M TAKING TODAY OFF FROM BEING SOCIAL.

Well, maybe not the whole day.  But I'm sure as hell going to relax and not think about my missing data, stories that haven't been updated, transcripts that I no longer have access to at the moment because they are part of my missing data, and the fact that work has pulled more shenanigans on me and I don't really know if I have a job or not come Tuesday.  I need to turn my brain off and relax, and since I'm not supposed to drink, that means

I WILL work on Script Frenzy, though.

I might be back later to rant about my progress though.  Or the lack thereof.  I'm learning a new program designed specifically for making graphic novels, comics, film, and other scripted work UTTERLY BRAINLESS--except it didn't come with a comprehensive help file and I can't understand most of the wiki.  So I'm learning as I go.

I'll (Probably!) be back!

Celtx (https://www.celtx.com/) is described as the #1 media pre-production software that "combines full-feature scriptwriting with pre-production support and also enables online collaboration."

It's also free.

The Plus edition is currently on sale, but until I get back to work IF I can't snag it. I have to focus on setting up for bills. Besides, I have to decide if I actually LIKE this program before I do that. Normally I would have used Scrivener (http://www.literatureandlatte.com/trial.php) for this (It has the templates for screenwriting and other script formats as well), but I decided to give Celtx a shot since, well, I'm a nerd and if there is a program that might help me do things faster that I haven't tried, I will.

So far, I'm two pages in, and it's moving pretty fast. I'm learning the program as I go and it's surprisingly intuitive.
